Brown Stair

This child is working on the brown stair. The first initial lesson the brown stair is set up on a rug from left to right. She is now building a tower with the brown stair. This is one of my favorite lessons in the Sensorial Area.

Language Lesson

Here is a four-year-old boy who is completing the lesson on letter recognition and sound sorting. There are six different letters on small cards and the child is to sort them into the cup that matches the cards. There are six cards for each letter. Some of the time he will say the sound of the letter or he may just match them according to just the letter itself. This is one of his favorite lessons.
